I apologize for my bad english and will try to make this tutorial as easy as possible, so let's start:
What you will learn here is how to make your first Bitcoins and how to start mining them.
1. Your first Bitcoin adress & wallet:
First of all you need a wallet where you can store Bitcoins and a adress that you can send Bitcoins to your wallet. The easiest and fastest way to get a Bitcoin adress and a Bitcoin wallet is to signup on bitcoin.de (click on this link, then in the top right corner "Skip ad"). 2. Free Bitcoins from websites
Visit freebitcoins.appspot.com (click on the link, then in the top right corner "Skip ad"), click on "Get Some Now!" and login with your Gmail account (if you don't have one make one here (click on the link, then in the top right corner "Skip ad")). Allow the application to access to your Gmail account and enter your Bitcoin adress to receive Bitcoins. The informations will not be used:

This will ba availabe only once, but there are also websites where u can get daily free Bitcoins. I will show you the best 3:
2.1 The first one is intelligible to all. You just have to go to oscry.com (click on the link, then in the top right corner "Skip ad"), enter your Bitcoin adress, solve the Captcha, click "Get Bitcoin" and you will receive a small amount of Bitcoins.
2.2 The second one is dailybitcoins.org (click on the link, then in the top right corner "Skip ad"). The lowest amount of Bitcoins you get is 0.0001฿, but you can also reload the page and hope for a better price (you can do this as many times as you want). You can attract referrals with a link given to you when you register and build unlimited hierarchy and you can deposit Bitcoins (just send them to an adress given to you when you register) to increase your income and win random payments and referrals.

Just sign up (top right corner of the website), login, click on "Shorten URL" and enter the URL you want to shorten.
